My brother buys a house in Cyprus and I am the one who reads everything
My brother Terje and his wife are retiring next year from Stavanger and they want a house on Cyprus for the winter months, from October until April. Because I am the one in the family who reads all the papers, the job to find it came to me.
We decided on a detached house, not a flat, because Terje wants a workshop and Randi wants the garden. Now there are four houses from https://tranio.com/cyprus/detached/ in our shared document and the one near Pissouri with the stone wall is winning, Randi has already chosen where the table will stand.
In January we fly all three to look at them. I made the programme with two houses each day, not more, because Terje is slow in the mornings.
Is somebody here with a house between Limassol and Paphos who can say how is the wind there in winter? Terje says it is not important. He was never there in January.
